	"Bill @ Absolute Mortgage, and his ENTIRE TEAM are a SOLID A+. I read some of the reviews about them on the internet (not here) and I have do NOT understand the negative posts (the only thing I can think of is that people had an unreasonable picture of what their homes were worth, and when faced with reality lashed out at the mortgage company) (??) Anyway... All I can say is that Bill (and his crew) did every single thing they said. I was set to close on Bill's day off. I had a few questions -- he had Alicia send him paperwork and called me from the cell... he then gave me his cell if I had any other questions. Don't get me wrong, Absolute made good money off the deal, but they earned it. They did a STELLAR job. I don't know how I feel about my title/abstract company yet. I sort of feel that I got hit with every single fee they could legally charge me with... even in talking with Bill, it was clear that they pushed it to the limit. I had dealt with them before -- Abstract Title (Philly, PA) -- on my previous mortgage for the same property. They are VERY VERY nice, but they are NOT NOT NOT the cheapest out there. I figure that sooner or later when NJ has the internet based title places... things will change. Again, this is nothing negative against Abstract Title... just know to shop around the TOTAL HUD COST EVEN FOR A REISSUE on title insurance! MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERY SINGLE FEE FROM THE TITLE COMPANY. That's about it. At the end of the day both my wife and I were EXTREMELY impressed with Bill. If I were to need another mortgage I would place Absolute at the ver top of my list - specifically, Bill. Thanks for a great experience... and just so you know -- going from a 5.75% 30 Year to a 4.375 15 Year will allow me to save the required money to send my 15 mo. old son to college (and maybe beyond). And YOU have been a part of that!!! Keep up the great work!"

	"I am a business school professor living in Tennessee. For the past half years I was always looking for a good deal to refinance my home mortgage. My credit score is about 800 points and I only needed to refinance about half of my home value. On July 22 when interest rate dropped down to my desired level, I checked the mortgage rate on line and found that Absolute Mortgage in PA offered the best deal available. I also talked with a local agent same day and her offer was 0.25% higher than Absolute Mortgage (with similar fee). However, I also checked this review center and saw the bad review comments for this company. I was really concerned but thought that it didn't hurt to give a call. I called Absolute Mortgage and the operator randomly assigned me to talk with Mike Izzi. I told Mike I was interested in their deal but concerned about the bad review comments. Mike said he also heard this bad news and that particular problem had been caused by a bank they worked with one year ago. That bank had not been able to provide loan with 60 days locking period for many cases and Absolute Mortgage also lost more than $50,000 due to it. Mike told me that they are working with some other banks now and it is not an issue anymore. Mike said he is the sale management and assured I will have good experience with him. I told him my credit and loan request situations and Mike checked my credit immediately. He told me that he was sure that I should have on any problem to get the loan. It was late of the day (about 3:30 pm of central time in TN or 4:30 eastern time in PA), but he sent me the good faith estimate immediately, and said he would wait for my decision in his office until 5:30 pm. I finally decided to give a try and called Mike just few minutes before 5:30. He locked the interest rate for me and sent me all application papers in the early morning of July 23. I finished all paper works and sent them back to Mike on July 27 using the USP code provided by Mike. Mike checked the bank and told me that the bank even waived $400 appraisal fee since I only refinance half value of my home. Cut the long story short, only three days after they had received my application, my loan was approved. My deal was closed on August 18. If anyone asks my comments, I will recommend Mike Izzi in Absolute Mortgage to you. My personal experience told me Mike is the best agent who is honest, with experience, with warm heart, and always willing to help. Absolute Mortgage is a company I can trust, with no any hiding fee. When I initially purchased the house, I did my rate shopping as any diligent consumer should. Customer service at your competitors ranged from indifferent to outrageous (one broker told me to keep my 20% down payment in my pocket and take out a 100% LTV 30 year adjustable with a low 2 year introductory rate! I don't need to tell you how that could have worked out) but you guys were always on the ball with quick and honest answers to my questions. Furthermore, in an industry renowned for high pressure tactics and sometimes shady dealings, I admire the ethics of a company that proudly states on its website "No negative amortization products, no option ARMs". Add in the fact that your rates and fees are consistently (almost annoyingly) impossible to beat, and you can see why I continue to refer people to you whenever the topic of mortgages comes up. "

We have lived in a "shoebox" size house for 21 years so you could only imagine what it is like for us to move into a house with more than one bathroom, a garage and a basement. The home is absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way......and it is huge! During the process of getting our mortgage there was some skepticism expressed to me about Absolute Mortgage. Who are they? Where are they located? Are you sure about the rate you were quoted? You'll probably see some surprises when you go to close! Well........mortgage agent for the people that bought our old house did not believe the rate we got and the fees that we paid. When we went to close on the new house, the people that we were buying from were completely dumbfounded when the closing agent was reading off our terms. He just could not believe it as he had just went through this process, and from the look on his face, he was not happy at all. And then there's my realtor, he could not believe the level of service and response from you and how quick you put everything together. You don't know how many times that I heard the phrase, "well....we'll just have to see if your buddy Lonnie comes through". The title company closing agent stated that Absolute was just great to work with and they did not have a stack of unnecessary paperwork to deal with from you. The only bright side to this whole process has been working with your company. Other than a small glitch with the appraisal company (our appraiser kind of vanished after he allegedly appraised the house - Appraisal Solutions Coast to Coast did work hard to find another appraiser quickly). Dealing with your company has been great. Maybe I am partial since I am from the east coast and was born in Philly. It didn't hurt that my loan officer was also an Eagles fan. So hats off to all you guys. Thank your team for being so understanding as we worked with a builder who made things very difficult for us. Also, another comment is regarding your team approach to backing each other up. When Mike was out, Bill stepped in. When Alicia was out, Mary stepped in. Very cool. Kathy was also very sensitive to me needing to hold back the final wire for a few days as well (we needed all the leverage we could get at that time with the builder). I have refinanced with on-line brokers twice since 2000 and I must say your customer service blows the other two companies away.
